A nice short getaway

The location was good. It was close to the train station, the metro, the taxi and there was also a big mall there. Room was good with under floor heater and large window. Internet was included which was good.

Overall was good. It is worth the money spend. If i could suggest perhaps can include dryer. Because when it is cold, the cloth took quiet a while to dry.

Bad experience

If the guest prefer nearest location to Seoul station, this apartment is one of option. Or if you are family or group more than 4person, you need to accept here. Otherwise heatings system switch in the room need translation and instruction manual which was not set in my case. So I cannot use any facility until owner bring to me for 1-hour.

The air conditioner isn’t available, it’s just cooler which is not enough size. Also heating facilities is just floor which need to reach the good room temperature more than 3-hour. Can you accept at wintertime in Seoul? There are almost no restaurants around this apartment.

Very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone. Better off elsewhere.

The only good thing about this property is the location, which is within walking distance to Seoul Station. However, if you use line 1 and line 4, it is quite a distance away, as you need to walk across the rail tracks.

A lot. This place is definitely over-rated by the existing reviewers. Frankly, I do not know whether these were related parties becos most things written were not correct. Firstly, the place is much smaller than what you see in the pictures. Secondly, cleanliness was only so so. Bathroom had dirty spots. There were also cracked tiles. Shower hose was broken and not fixed. The loft is really dangerous for small children as the railing was very low. The loft was also extremely hot, as the aircon air could not reach up to the loft. Place was very small with no walking space. We only saw the host once when we came and he was more interested in collecting the rent, rather than making suire everything was OK.

The bed is comfortable, kitchen is well- equipped.

The bed is comfortable, kitchen is well- equipped. There is detailed instructions on how to use the washing machine, washing detergent and clothes rack are also provided! Power points are available at almost every corner of the house which is really nice. The little attic is quite hot but the owner is thoughtful to have a fan there. Location is superb just 5min walk to seoul metro/ktx station, lotte mart is a stone throw away and a 24h cafe just next to the entrance of the apartment building

Have to clean out the trash ourselves after the stay. Floor is not really clean. The hot water is not really stable but not a big deal since it's summer when we are there.

Its location is good which is about 5 mins walk from Seoul Train Station.

If the shower worked better, it would be good.
